Summary: I usually love a Marriot however please be aware that if you are going anywhere outside the hotel transport is terrible & the Marriot Courtesy Bus will only take you to two places either the Train Station or the Bus interchange . What was an excellent stay was a disaster when leaving as we had to walk 700 metres to our departure transport .( Not the Hotels problem)however they could have offered to help . Apparently this is the hotels policy and I wish this was more clear as I wouldn’t have spent $10k to be treated this poorly when leaving in a massive Snow storm dragging luggage up the road ankle deep .

Summary: Lovely hotel with ski slop shuttle bus stop stop right outside the door The whole of Hakuba is not great for taxi or uber, but that is not the hotels problem We would recommend this hotel highly

Summary: We loved our stay at the Hakuba Marriott! It had a great gym, the in room onsen was perfect after a day on the slopes and the staff were so friendly. It was walkable to the main drag and provides a shuttle to the ski resorts right out front. It was nice to come back and enjoy a drink at the bar after dinner. We cannot wait to stay here again!
