Summary: Stay was good. the view is good. only thing we didn’t like is breakfast turns out to be not included so we paid as mich as we paid for the room just to eat.. there was also an extra charge fo what seems to be a “resturant room” which was actually just an average table… the pool towels were not available. and only 1 ice machine in all 4 stories were actually working. the rest were out of service.

Summary: The room was beautiful and spacious with a great view of the beach. The only problems were the cleanliness of the room. Paper was torn off the bedside tablet, bunched up and left on the bedside table when I arrived. The cleaning staff did not trash it when they were cleaning the room. Also there was a small amount of trash left in the trash can in the bathroom. The cleaning staff did not do a good job of cleaning the room. When I conveyed this to the front they were not apologetic and didn’t seem concerned.

Summary: Hotel was in a good location. Parking was easy. Pool was nice. My only ‘complaints’ were breakfast wasn’t included, but that was very clear on the reservation, the pool was a bit cloudy, I couldn’t take my own beverages to the pool, and the pool space had cabanas but they were for reservation only. We never saw anyone ever use them which seemed like a waste of space.
