Summary: Our checkin manager, Gary, was so kind and accommodating! We changed rooms to find one with a sofa for a senior citizen. He made sure we had all we needed and went above and beyond!

Summary: This hotel only provided 2 towels for our 2 night stay. Signs in the room say hang up your towels and reuse them. There is no housekeeping during your stay. The handle kept falling off in the tub. Had I known how cheap and lazy this hotel was I would have opted for another full service hotel. When we told the desk clerk upon check out she acted as if we were lying about the handle falling off. We were just letting them know it needed to be fixed. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Summary: Big room. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Amazing water pressure in the shower. The staff was very friendly.

Summary: We had a great stay. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and the check-in procedure was seamless. The king suite in which we stayed was huge and spotless. The suite would be a great place for families who have multiple rooms to gather. There was that much room. Our only issue really was that the indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. I generally don't mind a pool a bit on the cold side, but it was a little too cold for me. We did make use of the jacuzzi for a few minutes instead.

Summary: The entire stay, no one ever cleaned the room, the trash cans were over flowing and never emptied. Had to contact staff at least to new towels, and the little in room coffee packs and reusing the paper coffee cups. We did let the hotel know via survey about this experience.
