Positive: All the staff were super friendly. We loved the location. It was super close to the magnificent mile and so much fun night life. I felt safe in the area. Overall, we had a great experience and would return.

Negative: To get free wifi you had to become a member( which is free) but it was annoying to have to create an account. The TV was messed up, but the staff was so quick to come and fix it, so that was very nice.
