Summary: Word “Gay” written on patio glass, found a pair of socks, very outdated, no usb charging, allot of cracks, pulled carpet threads. I reserved room that shown two doubles, couch, table and room I got was just two doubles. Paid 200 for one night… was not worth it.

Summary: Our room was great. The pool and hot tub was great also. The court yard area, we really enjoyed. The staff at the front desk when we arrived could improve on customer service skills. For example, our stay included free breakfast for 2. I had no idea we needed a ticket for that. So in the morning I help my self to breakfast (because it said it was included) then the lady at the bistro says “ hey you know there’s a fee or do you have a ticket?” She made me feel like I was stealing. I get my phone out show her my Expedia reservation and how it showed free breakfast for 2. I have never been so embarrassed. She was rude. I put my plate down on the counter, went back to my room, packed up and left.
