Summary: Room door was broken. Nothing available to get forgotten items like a hairbrush/comb etc. Website said breakfast with room then told you had to ask for it at booking. Only part of our stay that was pleasant the front deck staff.

Summary: The hotel was clean, however the room we were in 127 really smelled bad. Horrible funky stinky smell in the carpeting. Housekeeping did come and spray disinfectant air freshener. It only masked the smell, made it a little better. Something major neds done to that room

Summary: Very nice hotel and professional staff. Clean establishment with every restaurant, Mall and entertainment within walking distance. Out go-to hotel when we visit Canton. Lastly, Marriott has never disappointed regardless of the location.
