Positive: The staff were excellent. It started with Utraksh, who then passed on the booking enquiry to Vedansh, who arranged for the taxi for pick up and was also present at the check in and the experience was excellent. His English is very good and he understands well. We had 2 buffet dinners, which are good value for money. The staff at the breakfast and dinners are very helpful, courteous and go the extra mile to make the breakfast/ dinner place welcome. The food and choices were excellent. A special mention to Karan and Rick, who made excellent coffee for us. Nisita was helpful at the desk. A special mention also to Pawan, our driver, who us extremely pleasant. We used the car for most of our needs.
