Summary: AC was dripping. My kid had his luggage underneath it, not knowing, and everything he had in his bag got wet. Both, shower and sink, were backed up. Ceiling was wet, probably from AC issue. The property looks tired and needs work.

Summary: Sidney was very nice and helpful during checking process. She knew we were tired after a difficult travel day of delays at the airport and traffic in NJ. She brightened our stay by upgrading us and giving us some beverages since she knew we were so tired. Many thanks to the staff.

Summary: This hotel was nice and clean. There was a flood the day before I checked in on the 3rd and 4th floor, so we had to stay on the first floor next to the laundry room. I don't think it was the fault of the hotel, it was a rainy week and the unthinkable happened. Prayers up for the woman who lost her wedding gown due to this flood.
