Summary: Everything was only bad thing was the $40 I spent on frozen breakfast potatoes had no flavor the pork sausage was still frozen was brought back a second time and was still frozen

Summary: Front desk staff were not supportive of my needs. Listening skills were very poor and empathy was lacking for a weary older traveler disappointed and confused with accommodations available on arrival. Confrontational and curt communication styles were exhumed in the front desk staff making my stay at the property unsettling. I left before I stayed the second 2 nights for which I had paid. As a Bonvoy member I expected better. We have stayed at Marriott brands for many years and I have never been treated so aggressively. Please contact me about this review

Summary: The room was clean and comfortable (bed a little firm). Friendly and professional staff. The only issue was the patch up work to cover up either a water leak or just repainting. They just painted over wallpaper, which made it look hoody looking. A torn rip on the carpet, which didn't feel that well walking over it without shoes. We really liked the very cold ❄️ room after our Amana thermostat hack to stay on cool during our stay (Google it).
