Summary: I was put on a first floor room that had a sliding glass door to the parking lot... I did not feel safe. I should have just asked for a different room, but was uncomfortable doing that as well.

Summary: Room was in good condition. Staff was courteous. Stayed in an accessible room. Bathroom setup was fine. Bed could have been lower to floor for transferring from wheelchair to bed. Never was able to connect to internet through XBOX game system.

Summary: The hotel room we had was very run down. The main light didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, there was a horrid smell on our floor, and the room air conditioner was stuck on 64 degrees.

Summary: The staff was courteous. The rooms were clean. Kind of disappointed The hot tub didn't work. This seems to be a thing lately. The shower was really nice Not used to seeing glass doors. Maid service Didn't do anything the second day so had to go to the desk to get more coffee. Not a big deal, but if they know you're staying more than one night they should at least refill the basic necessities. Like coffee and toilet paper and take the trash out.

Summary: I stayed for two nights and no housekeeping was done. Saw two employees still there after 6pm taking out the garbage while fire alarm was going off. Apparently bartender overcooked a pizza.

Summary: Late check in after midnight 5/29/25. On 5/31, my husband went to open the drapes all the way and noticed we had a sliding door to a so-called patio. Mind you we were on the first floor facing the parking lot. My husband went to open the sliding door and the lock was broken, the door was unable to be locked which meant we were in a room that could have been accessible by anyone from the outside, ground level. Cleaning staff apparently did not know this door was broken?? My husband went to the front desk to have maintenance called to have door fixed. He was told maintenance was not in at that time. My husband then asked for a screwdriver, being handy, would attempt to fix himself. They actually allowed him to attempt to fix, however, lock completely broken and unable to be repaired. We were then told we would be moved to a new room on the second floor and offered a free breakfast for the inconvenience. We had to pack up an already unpacked room, not as big of an issue as the open door for anyone to enter!!
