Summary: Microwave in room , clean and quiet

Summary: Room was very clean and comfortable. Check-in was quick and easy. The only thing was that the restaurant was closed for dinner the entire time we were there and the shower water was hard to regulate. It went from ice cold to burning hot, no in between.

Summary: The heating system in the room is very old, loud and impossible to control. It looks like they might be trying to install wall sensors but not working yet. The hotel advertises parking but it is a public city lot down the street in a dark lot under a bridge.

Summary: The customer service was excellent, however, the bathroom: Sink was stopped up and dirty, 1 half roll of TP and my personal bag was taken from my room.

Summary: Well-run, very nice facility. Rooms are compact but have all the right details. Staff is especially great -- warm, on top of it, speedy. Beds and bedding very conducive to a great nights sleep!

Summary: Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly. Food options were good and location was close to our daughters school. The only thing was the bathroom shower had an open concept which is very pretty but the wall was too short with no door and the whole floor got drenched and for the price you have street parking or pay for the garage. Wish they just included the garage parking.
