Positive: I needed a bath in my room due to health conditions, one of the ladies in reception made sure that one of the rooms with a bath was reserved for me so this was great, thank you The room was Beautiful and spacious and the facilities were lovely.

Negative: It was my sisters birthday I was celebrating and asked if something could be put in the room , I was told I would have a cake platter and balloons in the room but unfortunately this was not the case.

Positive: It’s absolutely beautiful. I’ve been here before. Very comfortable. Staff are excellent very kind friendly help as much as they can put themselves are absolutely lovely done extras in the bedroom little balloons up and cake because it was for a special occasion. Thank you so much much appreciated.

Negative: What did I like being stuck on the fifth floor with broken lifts? One of them was managed to be fixed, but still an inconvenience when you’re on the fifth floor.
