Negative: The cows on the farm were very close to one of our bedroom windows - bit noisy in the morning but easily solved with earplugs.

Positive: Great find, everything you need, clean and perfect, quality bedding, towels etc, a fan was supplied as a very warm week. Hosts were fabulous, accommodating and entertained and over enthusiastic city girl experience a farm. Great advice for local places to visit. Great value and super location. We will be back for sure x

Negative: There were lots of flies which seem to bite. We did see a light/machine which we couldn’t get to work. The smell of farmyard which is to be expected as we were right next to the cow shed.

Positive: Location was close to Exeter.

Negative: it was difficult to find the place since it is in a rural part of Exeter and Google maps could not locate the property. We had to use Google to get us to an approximate location then drive around using written instructions previously given. It's do-able. There are to ways to get to the place but one of them has to cross a stream which if there is rain maybe impassible. Use the turn-off at the Texaco gas station!
