Positive: A hot tub in the bathroom. Nice stuff and try to help a lot!
Negative: The building and rooms need a renovation, everything is old and looks not so nice anymore, but still clean

Positive: The spa is nice and the breakfast is good
Negative: Tha bathroom could use a little more cleaning regarging the hotspring stains. Walls are also quite thin, so you can hear the other rooms. Also, AC and refrigerator are quite noisy as well
