Positive: Location and setup. The parking lot was great as well as room decor. Very clean and management was great. Quiet for the mist part and clear expectations for stay. Well kept grounds.

Negative: Price was a little higher than expected. One night total was over $90. I would expect to pay closer to 50-70 dollars total for a Tuesday night stay.Towels were okay, the blue ones did not fit overall room decor and seemed to be a step down in quality.

Positive: Call direct for best booking $. The structure is old, the walls are thin. I had quiet neighbors. Great location for hwy 53 north, 53 bypass or hwy 29. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Negative: The only coffee is in each room; a 4 cup coffee maker and 1 coffee pod.

Summary: I slept well in the small room. Morning coffee was adequate.
