Summary: We had a great stay here . Summary : Good three bed villa, nice private pool with good sun beds, does have dishwasher and washing machine, and a tv in each bedroom. Koroni is a great town with lots of lively good quality restaurants Local beach at livadakia is quiet, with two bars/restaurants offering sun beds. Downsides 1 restaurants are not walkable in the heat. The villa is c 7km from Koroni itself (and nearest supermarket) and 2km ( up a significant hill) from a couple of beach restaurants. 2 no tv in the living area - which is the only place we want a tv so we can chill as a family and maybe watch a movie late afternoon. 3 quite limited bedding provided in the villa until we pushed. For a family of 4 we got 4 pillows with cases, 1 double sheet and 2 single sheets. No bedding provided for the third bedroom as they assumed we wouldn’t use it. You need to be clear if you need more bedding.

Summary: The villa was wonderful, lovely peaceful location and only 5 minutes drive into Koroni town. The villa was spotless, and we used all of the indoor and outdoor space. There is a lovely balcony where we enjoyed breakfast and a glass of wine or two in the evening. The pool was clean and a good size. Koroni is a pretty Greek village with some great places to eat in the evening. There are also plenty of good beaches only a short drive away.

Summary: Overall the villa was good, it's in a lovely location, it was very clean and decorated to a high spec. The things we were a little disappointed with were that due to us arriving on a Sunday all of the local supermarkets closed at 2 o'clock so we were unable to buy necessities such as water. either this should have been communicated to us before hand or a welcome pack containing basics such as water, bread and fruit should be provided at the villa for our arrival. In the advert for the villa it specified some things that actually weren't there when we arrived. these included there being no barbecue, there was only 1 hair dryer and not 3 and we were not left the Wifi code so we had to message the owner to obtain this. Even when we did the WiFi did not work. Also the outside space is clearly having some work done as there were mounds of soil and even building materials down the side of the villa. We were also expecting some sort of welcome pack to be available to include things like recommendations for local tavernas, supermarkets and even instructions about the villa such as the wifi code, recycling facilities, coffee machine etc.
