Beautiful finished basement including full bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room. Has a large bedroom with a queen bed and ample closet space. Very large family room with projector for watching TV on the big screen. Has enough room for rollout beds allowing room for 6 guests. Has a full kitchen with new stainless appliances. Outside boasts a walkout patio area with a fire pit for cool evenings and a swing to relax and read a book. During warm months there is an in ground pool and hot tub to relax in. The property is beautiful. Take a walk and enjoy nature or stop and pet the neighbors horses and goats. This is a very peaceful, tranquil, retreat.

Summary: The owners are very kind and want to please. The unit is large and has everything you need. It is homey and decorated with a country motif. Negatives that caused a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating are very cold basement temperature and limited wi-fi access.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay using the pool and the hot tub! Very restful and hosts were very helpful with providing 4th of July activities in West Milton!

Summary: The place is everything it is advertised to be and the host and hostess were very gracious. We enjoyed our stay very much. The country setting is peaceful and beautiful. The property is well maintained and watching the projection TV that is about 10 feet long was like sitting in a movie theater. The property is not handicap accessible. I would not recommend it for older couples who lack stability on their feet.

Summary: Nice driving distance to museums and antiquing. Brook, was a wonderful host. Highly recommend Laura’s diner for breakfast and Harrison s for dinner. Was a lot of wonderful things to do. Just a short drive to Dayton museums. Highly recommend staying here. Wonderful peaceful location.

Summary: My wife and I made a trip to the area to purchase a new RV. I wanted to stay somewhere other than a boring hotel. I found this place and it was very nice. Plenty of room. It had everythng as if I was at home. The projection TV was a nice feature. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the small towns that were close by that offered unique shopping and dining experiences. I enjoyed the location with all of the surrounding farmland. I can see us coming back here just to get away in the future and enjoying it more during the warmer months.
