Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was what you would expect. Quiet. Couldn’t get husbands computer to work after the first day. Wi-Fi wouldn’t kick in, but not sure if it was him or their Wi-Fi. Not a big deal. Mine was fine. Pretty central to a lot of retail. Will probably stay again next time visiting family. My only complaint was the strong smell of cleaner on our first night. It dissipated after that.

Summary: Breakfast was the typical prepared food as served in most motels. The food was ok but nothing fantastic. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Summary: Staff person at breakfast was working very hard and keeping up with all the craziness of having many people there on a holiday weekend! Great job! The person who checked us in was friendly and made the process quick and easy late st night. Great job!

Summary: The room was damp. So much so that they had dehumidifiers plugged into the walls in the hallways and portable peel top water traps in the room. The carpet in our room was dirty with visible debris. Photos of the hotel were much better than it actually was. Everything felt run down, dirty, and if we hadn’t booked through Expedia, would’ve asked for a refund and left.
