Summary: The person who worked in the evening was very friendly and accommodating. Very interested and engaging with the kids. The breakfast had lots of options.

Summary: Our room smelled funny, not fresh. I liked having coffee in the lobby but it ran out in the morning and no one filled it. The breakfast was just ok. The whole place is dated and was rated very good but I can’t say it was.

Summary: Photos not accurate. Out door fire pit covered not in use. Hot tub in picture is filled in with cement. Hotel was over run with a boys hockey team. Groups of young athletes running and screaming in hallways. Parents had taken over lobby & pool area getting drunk. No front desk person visible. Placed was trashed by this group. Not fair to other guests

Summary: The hotel was in fine condition and the service was very good. There was a sports team that stayed in the hotel and the children were awake at 7 o’clock running up and down the hallways . we could hear them Screaming and pounding on doors.

Summary: First off, the hot tub is no longer there!! It has been filled with concrete! Pool is still there, it is nice and warm. There is a train behind the hotel. Truthfully it really didn't bother us, but if you have light sleepers...consider this an issue. Country Inn and Suites are usually my go to. But this one is an older below average hotel. Breakfast was fine, but below average and they never stock it.

Summary: A large incentive to do a staycation was that the kids could swim and I could sit in the hot tub - because it listed that this hotel had one. To my disappointment, it was cemented over!
