Summary: Four day stay. The cleaning crew never once came into my room. I had to ask for towels every evening i got back. Floor was very stained up everywhere. Side doors were not accessible, had to go through the front door every time.

Summary: The hosts were very friendly and eager to serve. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was below average. The room was clean and comfortable. The door between the bed and living areas needed repairs and didn’t close easily due to the bed placement. It was okay!!

Summary: The hotel was very clean; however, they only had one housekeeper on staff and our beds were made up only one time during our 7 days stay. However, Shakopee is a good area to stay and close to Paisley Park in Chanhassen, MN and close to downtown Minneapolis, MN. The 2 gentlemen working the desk was awesome. The breakfast was okay, and the free parking was nice.

Summary: The location was great! Close to the hwy to access everything. There was restaurants, gas stations and shopping near by. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was as you would expect, waffles, yogurt, bagels, cereal, coffee and juice. Would definitely stay again.
