The Country House, ONLY 3 km. from the SEA, it consists of APARTMENTS Mono, Bilo and Trilocali with pool and FREE WI FI. Open from 19 April 2019 to 31 October 2019. WE ARE ACCEPTING ANIMALS of medium and small size with notice.
Apartment THREE-ROOM N. 1 - N. 4 people- max n. 6 guests - composed of: living room with sofa bed separated by curtain, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI, double bedroom with TV and bathroom with shower, from the living room with a staircase leads to the attic (l ceiling height from 1.85 to 1.10 m) composed of a bedroom with two single beds and a separate full bathroom without a shower, air conditioning in the bedrooms (including the attic)
and in the living room, safe, terrace of mt. 3 X 3.5, wonderful sea view, equipped with table, chairs and electric blind, private entrance.
For guests it is available FREE: SWIMMING POOL, private parking, games corner, meeting room with T. V., barbecue, gazebo, laundry.
We provide Bed linen and towels for € 10,00 per person and every change required.
The pool is in the country house garden and is only for the guest of the property.

Summary: Clara was amazing and on hand via what’s app with advice on Resturants etc and if we needed anything for the room it was sorted very quickly.

Summary: Very well looked after accommodation, loaded with all the necessary details and amenities, with an amazing view and an beyond usual helpful staff. The whole house is made for making the vacation easy, from the bbq fully equipped (including the coal) to the free laundry and a very well arranged pool. The room we had was large enough for 5 of us with a cute balcony and very well prepared before our arrival. The region is very charming, the landscape around is stunning, the beach is 10 mins away and very decent grocery stores as well. And again the staff is extraordinary, despite our very late arrival and various requests during the stay, there was always someone to help us. All in all, this property ticks all my boxes, We Loved it !

Summary: We are happy that we’ve chosen Carlas beautiful casa. It was a pleasure to stay in this house and pleasant environment away from the busy seaside but with a lovely view to the Mare Adriatico and with an impressive view to the city and the dome of Fermo. We enjoyed it so much. Thanks to Carla and Sergio for the exceptional hospitality and the help with all little „problems“.
