Cozy 3 bedroom 2 bath cottage at Flory Farm located in Kentwood Louisiana. Relax in this peaceful setting and enjoy all it has to offer. This property is gated and you will receive a personalized code for entry. Located just a little over an hour from Baton Rouge and New Orleans and 15 minutes from Percy Quinn State Park in Mississippi. Along with beautiful views this home also offers a nice pool. House has a swing set for children to enjoy.
Very firm on no pet policy so please don’t ask for an exception.
No smoking
Our house sleeps 4/5 people. I have a $25.00 fee for extra guests. If you are planning to have more guests, out of respect, we ask that you talk to us first and make sure we are ok with it. If not then you will have to pay the 25.00 fee per extra guest after 4.
Because we are in the country Internet is satellite. Therefore no streaming movies on TV/ Computer and no Xbox/Play Station live is permitted.
** We are renovating a barn that is next to the rental so it is possible during your stay workers will be present and construction on the barn will be taking place.

Summary: We were visiting family in Kentwood and Mississippi and we needed a place to stay that works best for us and we came across this lovely little house. We didn’t let the freezing cold weather stop us from staying. It was perfect and my wife loved the house. Maybe next time when we visit again when it’s warmer try to go fishing in the pond. It was perfect for us and we can’t wait to see the finished product of that barn they are redoing.

Summary: We traveled from ND & wanted to spend time with family who stayed at wedding venue close by. After enjoying time in New Orleans the farm house was the reset we needed. We loved everything about the farm house, property, & hosts! The hosts have put fore thought into what their guests may need during there stay. While in the area we had a great lunch at Skinny's and we visited the Lynyrd Skynyrd Memorial. We wished we had time to do more. We found the people in Louisiana so friendly and very helpful. They definitely outshine our North Dakota nice.

Summary: The cottage was clean and very cozy. Check in was easy and owners were close and responded to any questions I had immediately. I would definitely recommend this cottage and hope to stay there again in the future.

Summary: Best 100 acre property in Kentwood Louisiana. Clean beautiful and cozy. Host & Hostess we’re very tentative to our comfort and stay. Words alone cannot fulfill the beauty & comfort of this adorable cottage home. I would stay again and again. I loved my stay. The cottage was equipped with all of the modern comforts of home. This is truly a home away from home.

Summary: We loved it so much!!! Perfect spot to go fish the surrounding lakes and we loved being able to walk to the ponds! I will definitely be back for another trip and have told soooo many people about it! We absolutely enjoyed ourselves here.

Summary: If you're looking for peace, quiet, serenity, in a beautiful, clean and well appointed country home, then look no further. Sooth your soul breathing in clean, fresh air as you listen to the sounds of silence...with an occasional mooing of cattle on this small working farm. Unwind in the cool in-ground pool, or take a walk to the two onsite ponds. Star gaze. Flory Farm is waiting for you. Everything you need...except for the crowds.

Summary: Peaceful secluded place, quiet and lovely. We had the pleasure of dry weather and we got to see a real ongoing hay bailing operation. An added bonus. Swimming pool was inviting , cottage was nicely decorated and well maintained. Lovely place for adults, safe play area for kids! Swing set included. I am sure we will revisit this lovely property.
