Positive: Spacious home, fully equipped kitchen and a bonus of a hot tub. Easy walk to Main Street, but not on the highway. I was happy to see that the vacation home is managed by Vacasa, a very reputable company. I had a few questions and was promptly answered by text.

Negative: Really nothing to say that was not positive.

Positive: Very large property. Comfortable beds. Close to the main section of the town. Nice spacious garage. Well equipped kitchen. Very nice refrigerator.

Negative: Garage and patio needed sweeping and cleaning up. Several light bulbs were out. This property is across the street from an old trailer park. And backing out of drive was difficult due to people parking on the street.

Summary: Very nice property but not a great value.

Positive: The house is located in a perfect location to go in to town for meals and shopping. Easy drive to Arches. The house was really well equipped with towels, toiletries, etc.

Negative: That we had to leave!
