Positive: Comfortable and worked well for our needs.

Negative: 1. The remote controls to the gate and garage didn't work properly at sometimes took several minutes to get them to work. We had to replace the batteries in both control at of $55 at our cost as they didn't work properly at all. This was extremely irritating and we should be reimbursed. No Rubbish bins outside so we could take rubbish outside the apartment.
