Summary: I think the price paid does not reflect the standard. We checked into a room and it was one of the smallest rooms I’ve ever stayed in… pictures not reflective of what the hotel is really like. We ended up upgrading with total cost over Au $500 really disappointing. Worse was no parking onsite at all. Only one staff member helped us and older lady who was amazing. 3 other staff walked right past us trying to lift our suitcases up the staircase. Location fantastic but that’s about it.

Summary: The room was clean but a little dated. The rooms are above two restaurants but the noise is minimally and ends at 9pm. Its right across the street from the beach. Air conditioner blows ice cold.

Summary: David on reception was amazingly helpful and is a credit to the company. He also arranged an upgrade to our room which was incredibly kind to room 16. It has a huge balcony with a gorgeous sea view. The bed and pillows super comfy, very nice shower, and huge TV, not that we watched it. The room was also very clean

Summary: Good location; right opposite the beach. Room could do with a refurb; decor slightly dated and silicone peeling off in shower. Location dictates lively atmosphere with various bars downstairs. Highly recommend new restaurant, Tiger Fish, that has opened.
