Summary: The home is modern and spacious with beautiful huge shuttered windows and french doors. The kitchen and living spaces are large and very fully equipped for maximum comfort. We ate most of our meals on the terrace where we could hear the garden stream despite a lovely dining area looking over the garden and adjacent field. Our hosts were kind enough to open the pool early for us as we were there in an unexpected heat wave. The bedrooms and bathrooms are of a high standard….wonderful water pressure! There are beautiful villages and towns to visit nearby and several castles open to visitors. The Dordogne valley and Lascaux caves are in driving reach. A car is a must.
