Negative: The bed downstairs was most uncomfortable lumpy mattress. No seating area 2 chairs isn’t a seating space. A lot of deception in the description of the property. Never saw a spa, or pool even though it was closed. And the cleanliness was not up to a good standard.

Summary: We got through it. Will not return!

Positive: The host went out of his way to take care of us. We arrived later and had an early flight the next day and he made sure to drop us off for dinner. He was very kind and helped us out a lot.

Positive: Vincenzo was an exceptional host, and the apartment had everything that 2 couples could need. We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our 8-week cycling trip and 2 nights at the end. The location is close to Ostia Antica archeological site, beaches, and the airport. The place was spotless, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We would definitely stay again.

Negative: Nothing, everything was great.

Summary: Fantastic accomodation and generous host.
