Positive: Very roomy

Negative: The property stated it was a luxury cottage. However I think there could be a few finer detail made to make it luxury. The cinema room sofa was basic. All the bean bags had holes in so couldn’t be used. It smelt of animals all the air fresheners around the house were dried up and empty. The cutlery was cheap and not matching and the dinner service was cheap with chips. With these finer details improved then it could maybe get that name

Positive: Once inside the property, the kitchen and living area was very comfortable. 3 Large bedrooms, all very comfortable and again, the bathroom was a good size with all that you needed.

Negative: There was mould, damage to the door, wallpaper coming off of the lounge feature wall, the 2 beanbags were split, and other bits and bobs like this; a bit run down in areas. We mentioned it to the hosts and they said that this is all due to the last guest and they would look into it... No fauld of the host but the area was also run down; building work next door, lots of litter in the area but the locals were very nice.

Positive: Very clean and fresh. Beds comfortable, plenty of space. Large bathroom with shower and a bath. Cinema room great and log burner Large dining table great for entertaining. . Also some nice touches like biscuits in your room and popcorn and soft drinks in the cinema room . Also provided were soaps, dishwashing equipment, tea towels etc.

Negative: No outside space.
