Summary: This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row staying here; so that should say something!One suggestion - a couple grab bars in the large bathroom would be a good addition.

Summary: The location of this property is amazing! The ability to walk to the beach made our stay very memorable. The layout of the house is perfect for a group of people to enjoy. the inside of the main house was very clean and comfortable for all of our guests. The screened in porches and the outside of the property could be better maintained and cleaned.

Summary: Cozy, Hidden Gem in Norton Shores.We had a fantastic stay at this cozy home! Although it’s located in a quiet subdivision, it feels tucked away and private, surrounded by trees and ferns. The backyard was perfect for relaxing, and we loved making s’mores around the fire pit at night.The house had plenty of space to lounge, clean and comfy bedrooms, and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking easy. The 15-minute walk through the woods to the beach was a highlight—beautiful and peaceful. We recommend bringing a wagon for beach gear!It was a wonderful weekend, and we made memories we’ll cherish for years. Highly recommend!

Summary: Overall the location was great, with the beach and stores close, relatively clean, but property but could use some TLC. This was the first time I’ve stayed at a VBRO with air purifiers in every room. The blue lights were a little bothersome to sleep with. The place comfortably sleeps seven (7) people. The furniture was a little tired, but I’d say a 3.75 out of 5 stars.

Summary: Location was ideal! The kids had fun building a snowman and playing In the backyard. We loved being so close to Lake Michigan. The open area worked great for our family hang out. We would rent this place again.

Summary: This was our 4th time staying here. We just absolutely love the location. Quiet street and just a few minutes walk to the beach. Wish I would've booked 1 extra night 😊

Summary: This was our third year staying there (we've also booked time in 2025), so we do enjoy staying there. A couple comments we have are that it would be nice to have an icemaker and that the large area rug in the kitchen is rather dirty/stained and should be taken care of before your next guests arrive. All else was fine. See you next year!
