Positive: Lovely comfy beds

Negative: Upstairs shower leak through the ceiling Downstairs loo leaked too . Not enough chairs to sit around the table . Not enough comfy chairs for us all to sit on ! Had to use an outside chair ! Not enough spoons . Very poor signage to the property needs to be bright as is very dark area with trees in the dip ! We went past a couple of times looking for the property! Having to pay £60 so are dogs could stay but wasn’t told this until we were outside the property. Didn’t say extra when I booked the accommodation.! Feel very disappointed!! Was hoping to use this property again as our grandchild is going to uni close by . But I don’t think so . What a shame !!!! To be fair I called about the shower and they came to fix it very quickly! And the toilet. But that was still leaking when we left !! Oh also there was no remote for tv in downstairs bedroom !

Positive: spacious & the added bonus of a hot tub although we felt it should of been a lot hotter it was only lukewarm

Negative: Difficult to find the property & a broken window handle on the front window of the property which we felt was a security issue as it didn’t close

Positive: It was clean Plenty of plates and glasses Beds were comfortable

Negative: Lots of flies everywhere - really bad; this needs addressing as would stop me booking again Not enough seating for the number of people that could sleep there Only 2 bowls
