Positive: Gorgeous layout, all the buildings blend in perfectly with nature. There’s no TVs in the rooms, so it lets you disconnect from technology. The pool and Jacuzzi were super clean, the view is amazing. Sleeping with the sound of the river in the background is the most relaxing experience ever. Location is great, no noise from the city. All you can hear are the birds singing during the day and the crickets at night.

Negative: Our cabin was very clean but there were a lot of spiderwebs on the ceiling and the window screens were a bit dirty

Summary: Incredibly relaxing, the food was amazing and we were surrounded by nature

Negative: They wanted to charge me $25 USD for a bag of laundry that came back to me still wet. I refused to pay and had to speak with management regarding this.

Summary: Nice people, food ok, fun location in the jungle. Lots of giant spiders but it is the Amazon so ...
