Negative: No swimming pool as advertised at time of booking Towels weren’t very new or soft Basic facilities

Positive: A warm welcome on arrival, great communication and very accommodating. We arrived early and the host very kindly allowed us to drop our bags off and keep them at the apartment so we were free to explore. The apartment is gorgeous with a lovely, relaxing oudoor area. Simply done and with everything we needed in the kitchen to cook, loved the decor and very comfortable. We loved the location as it was away from the main strip and on the edge of a lovely neighbourhood that had a couple of fishmongers, supermarket, restaurants and bread shops.

Negative: Nothing to do with the property, but the pavement walk from the property to the beach is not great especially if you have a child in a buggy. We ended up having to walk large segments on the road. However, there is also a bus you can take that goes straight down to the beach and runs regularly in both directions.

Positive: Location, size, garden, dully equipped kitchen and lovely coffee machine! :) The property was nice and taken care off. It was decorated and presented and felt like a Cosy home which is very nice. The most important thing that made this place feel even more comfortable was the owner. He was always available to help and resolve issues when ever they happen so we didn't worry about anything really.

Negative: No major issues but We would have liked to have a more reliable wifi connection but we understand this was a problem all across mondello. The owner tried everything to resolve that.
