The natural environment makes it the perfect place to relax and recharge or take part in sporting and adventure activities located nearby.
This cosy lodge has a private hot tub on the patio deck, one bedroom with en-suite shower room and a spacious modern open plan dining and kitchen area with lounge and feature woodburning stove. The property has picture window at the dining table and double doors leading out to the large deck. Here you will find comfortable furniture and a charcoal BBQ - the views are outstanding!
The newly fitted kitchen has integrated appliances including large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven/hob with extractor fan. It is very well equipped with a plentiful supply of crockery, glassware, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans etc. There is a Nespresso coffee maker with complimentary capsules, tea, sugar, salt and pepper. You'll also find tea towels, cling film, tin foil, washing up liquid and cloths.
There is a king sized bed with super-comfy pocket sprung and memory foam mattress and we supply quality bed linen and towels for your stay. Off the bedroom is a fully tiled shower room with large shower cubicle, w/c and wash hand basin. Complimentary organic Highland Soap Co body wash and hand wash in Lemongrass and Ginger are supplied.
The whole property is double glazed and has self-control 24hr central heating throughout so it's lovely and cosy all year round.

Summary: It was relaxing and the lodge was excellent. I would go back definitely. Lovely scenery and you are able to walk into Pitlochry too.

Summary: Very good. No issues at all with the stay and we will be back. One point though that I would class as a negative is the late check in from 4pm. This is much later than most other hospitality venues. As there are clear instructions for access to the chalet, our preference would have been to arrive earlier and unpack with some time to go out in the afternoon. There should be no reason why the chalet could not be available from 2pm onwards

Summary: We had a lovely winter break for 2 nights at Kinnaird. A lovely location with great views over the hills from the hot tub. A short drive to the main street of Pitlochry with plenty of food options and pubs, however the lodge also had great amenities to be able to eat there. Would definitely recommend a stay here, spotlessly clean warm lodge, a great wood burner, and very friendly hosts who had thought of everything. Thank you for a great stay.

Summary: Lovely lodge possibly a bit too warm for me. (could help to leave simple instructions on thermostat programmer) Frustrated with time restrictions on use of hot tub. Views spectacular, well equipped with essentials.

Summary: We had a lovely stay in the cosy woodland lodge in Kinnaird. It has picturesque views looking onto woodlands. The lodge is very clean and the hosts were very welcoming. If your looking for a private, quiet retreat this is the place you need to be ❤️

Summary: We used this as a base for a weekend hill walking and were not disappointed. Sitting in our hot tub with views of the surrounding hills was very relaxing and we made full use of the barbeque for meals. We will definitely return to the cabin in the future.
