This memorable place is anything but ordinary.
A cosy unit with newly built ensuite bathroom/shower and fully equiped kitchen situated in our backyard.
Just 15 km north of Adelaide CBD. 4 min drive from Tea Tree Plaza shopping centre, food courts, Cinema, Library and modbury hospital. Just 15 min to CBD through O'Bahn from Tea Tree Plaza interchange. Walking distance from Paravista and Clovercrest shopping centres.
1 minute and 2 minutes walk to two bus stops that directly go to city.

Other than the unit, you can also access the backyard. this area will be shared between the host and the guest so it is very likely for the guests and host to cross path in the backyard.

Summary: Very clean renovated space with separate entrance. All facilities provided. Slight downside, the beautiful gum tree was dropping blossom all over the car, but Adel gave us hose to wash it off.
