(the house was completely renovated in 2020!) Next to the swimming pool, you'll find a spacious terrace with poolhouse, fitted with a shower and toilet. There is a covered terrace with pleasant garden furniture. Bakery and grocery store in Thin, supermarket in Lormes (19 km).
This fantastic house can be found in the heart of the Morvan, an attractive, rugged natural area that is great to discover. The associated private lake (please be careful with your children) is full of fish, so don't forget your fishing rod! You can find many recreational lakes in the area: The lake of St. Agnan (13 km) and the Lac des Settons (14 km) are perfect for a day by the water. You can find an amusement park in Chamoux (47 km). Golfing is possible in Vic-sous-Thil (36 km).
If you enjoy culture, we recommend Vezelay (39 km) with its famous St. Madelaine basilica, and the fortified city of Avallon (36 km).
