Positive: Lovely big farmhouse nicely modernised and enough rooms for all the family. Plenty of crockery, pans etc for our large group

Negative: The postcode supplied on the booking confirmation was incorrect so we didn't find the house straight away. A bit of road noise when the windows were open

Positive: Lots of space. Hottub. Large kitchen. Plenty of parking off the main road.

Negative: Not that clean. Oven needs a professional clean. Carpets weren't hoovered to a high standard. Crockery like glasses weren't very clean. We had to rewash on arrival. Kitchen could do with a bit of tlc. Some of the knobs were broken or loose.

Negative: This property had absolutely nothing wrong with it. It was just perfection!

Positive: Two ovens/hobs were useful when cooking for a large group although not all of the ovens/ hob rings worked. Bedrooms were all a good size and although the positioning of the bathrooms was weird they were sufficient for a large group

Negative: Although the property was visible from the road we all found it hard to spot especially in the dark. The property looks a little tired especially in the living rooms.

Summary: We had a good time and sufficient room for a group of 10
