PLUS 2 reverse cycle air-conditioners (heat+cool) 1 in living area, 1 in bedroom 2 + ceiling fan in both bedrooms & upgraded insulation to help keep the home comfortable. Bed & bath linen hire included.

Campbelltown is known as a family friendly area. Lots of Italian cafes and restaurants around, multiple supermarkets and essential shops nearby so getting supplies and keeping your belly full any time of day will be easy. Plenty of local playgrounds (closest one is Unity Park just an easy 6min stroll down the street), close to Linear Park and very easy drive into Adelaide City (only about 15 min drive or approx. 7km).
You'll have exclusive access to the entire home (apart from the locked cleaner's cupboard) & private courtyard.
Maintenance access: The gardener will access the courtyard once every few months to keep the weeds under control. We will let you know when he is due to visit. He does not need access inside the unit, only the courtyard.

Summary: Linda is so accommodating and was checking in on us. My family enjoyed their stay at their home. It gave such a lovely and home-y vibe. Will book again for my other family visiting.

Summary: Brm & Beds excellent. Rest of unit needs work. Outlook, bins and stairs restricted by filthy windows. Unpleasant odour on arrival due to smelly wet mop. Cleanliness, really low standard. Exterior and yard uninviting.

Summary: Apartment was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed e.g. washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven/stove and TV. The wifi was reasonably fast and reliable. There's a shopping center 2 minutes away and a bus stop for the 174 bus that goes straight into the Adelaide CBD. All in all it was a very comfortable stay.

Summary: This was a convenient location for a last minute booking and the beds were comfortable but we stayed when the temperatures were in the midland low 30s. The aircon only managed to cool the lounge so the bedrooms were so hot at night that we struggled to sleep. Also the floors throughout the unit were squeaky and made it hard to be quiet when you got up during the night.
