Positive: Located near the railway station, with grocery stores nearby. A clean and well-equipped small apartment.

Negative: The instructions to get info the apartment were sent only in Polish, in spite of other communication in English. It would be expected that these were correct, but probably a case of copy-paste has resulted in mixing up flats B and C. Not a big issue, but why write something which is misleading?

Positive: Cosy Balcony Apartment is quite well located in Grudziadz providing you don't have any walking issues. The apartment was clean.

Negative: There were not really any clear access instructions and so on arrival we didn't know how to get into the property. We then noticed a code on the details, but that did not work. Fortunately neighbours came to our rescue and let us in to the building and showed us the door of the apartment which was up 4 flights of stairs and there is no lift. Carrying a 22 kg suitcase to the apartment was therefore not easy. We then had the same problem with the key safe - the code provided did not work. Again the neighbours came to our rescue and were able to call the owner and get the updated key code. The apartment was satisfactory for a short stay only.

Summary: Not that 'cosy' but adequate for a short stay.

Positive: Very cosy and well-equipped apartments with everything you need for life. In reality it is even bigger than in photos :) And it is a very beautiful view from the balcony.
