Positive: This was my third stay and it's beginning to feel like a second home as I've already booked my fourth stay. It feels welcoming and safe for a solo female on business and the rooms are large and comfortable to work and relax in. There's lots of parking and the estate is extremely quiet. I stayed this time in the room with a separate bathroom but as it's exclusively used just for this bedroom, I have no problem with this. I now eat out before I arrive as I don't like going out again once I've landed.

Positive: This is the second time I've stayed with Anne-Mari. It's a cost effective way of staying with a lovely lady in her home. The en-suite room was perfect with a comfy bed in a quiet location. I took the option of having breakfast each morning at an additional cost.
