Positive: It’s ancient. It’s basement and no light. There are open sockets and if you have more than one light in the electricity goes off. I have twin 7 year olds who know about sockets but this is a death trap. It would never get any certificates of safety etc in london

Negative: All of the above. We made it home and grew to love it but it’s falling apart . Nothing has been done for about 50 years to it. It’s literally a death trap that you negotiate around. We were there to attend spanish school so never in. But really it’s not an airbnb. This is a tenant illegally subletting. For sure What staff???🤣🤣🤣

Positive: location is really perfect and space os quite enough . appartement has all facilities .

Negative: the worst was that there is no window and no fresh air in the appartement it is practically into the graund.. i d prefer to have small space but light rooms with windows and fresh air. also it was quite uncomfortable the lighting buttons as each corner in the each room had separate lighting buttons and was difficult and hard to search for them🙌🏻😂

Summary: optional it was normal.. good location had nice vizual but bazment with no window and fresh air

Positive: Good location, beautiful building, easy check in, animal friendly, clean, spacious, cosy. If you need a place just to come in the evening and sleep- it is a great place for quality and price.

Negative: The apartment is in the basement, for summer is not hot, so it is great, but really missing a day light. Also - this apartment perhaps rent occasionally, normally someone lives there, so too many personal things everywhere.
