Positive: Fresh enough apartments, clean, all the necessary things in place. Interesting oil paintings in the rooms . Didn't see a wash machine if it's important for someone. Bothe bedrooms air conditioned and large enough. I had two double beds (+1 single and a sofa in bigger bedroom) and a sofa in the salon. So its good for big family. Good traditional Druze family restaurant within minute of walk and "grand rue"" with restaurants and bars within 5 minutes of walk. Absolutely safe and friendly surrounding.

Negative: Not a first line from the beach :)))

Positive: This is indeed a very cosy place for a wintry stay - the fire stove (easy to operate running on wooden pelets) gives the place a heartwarming atmosphere making this place special. The appartment is spacious and well equipped, the A/C in the bedrooms are powerful enough and the kitchen also includes e.g. kettle which was not stated in the listing. It is tastefully furnished and some of the paintings on the walls could easily hang in a gallery. There is a street parking in front of the house that the host seems to keep reserved for the guests. The host also provided us with tasty apples on arrival, which was a nice little extra. The location is excellent if you want to avoid excessive queuing when going to the ski resort in the morning - you would only join the main road with all the queuing cars when already close to the first gate. There is also a nice restaurant nearby.

Negative: The only real downside is how the shower is positioned in the bathroom, meaning that using the shower wets the floor that one needs to cross when accessing the toilet, so some wiping and waiting for it to dry is always needed. As a suggestion, the nice new staircase leading from the street could be supplemented with additional railing on the side of the street, making sure no one falls in. As a minor improvement, the host could make sure to send driving directions and key pick-up instructions one day before the stay ‒ we realised we were not sure about the location when already driving and needed to message/call (which was responded to and went all right).
