Independent stone farmhouse situated in a small village on the Casentino National Preserve, a beautiful green area approx. 50 km from Florence away. This property is quietly situated and offer nice panoramic views over the surrounding valleys and woods. The villa provides a nice terraced garden with the swimming-pool and welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style.
This villa is on a hill slope and is sets on 3 levels which are internally connected and have direct access onto the outside.

Summary: Zeer rustig gelegen huisje met leuk zwembad. Kamers waren in orde, de badkamers netjes. Voldoende keukenmateriaal. Kortom, alles wat je nodig hebt om een leuke vakantie met vrienden door te brengen. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very quietly located cottage with nice swimming pool. Summary: Die Zimmer und Bäder sind in einem sauberen und renovierten Zustand. Es stehen ein großer Gemeinschaftsraum und eine Terrasse mit einem Tisch für mehr als 20 Personen zur Verfügung. Die Vermieterin hat für unsere Reisegruppe auf Nachfrage zu einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsniveau ein italienisches Menü zubereitet. Durch die abgelegene Lage im Nationalpark sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie nicht in Fußreichweite erreichbar. Die erhöhte Hanglage erlaubt dafür einen schönen Ausblick auf das die Täler und Berghänge des Casentino. Ein kleiner Swimmingpool ermöglicht sportliche Betätigung für Kinder.

Summary: La casa di Annarita si trova in un grazioso borgo ristrutturato in località Valagnesi ed è a circa 5 km. dal paese di Pratovecchio.La pace e la tranquillità sono assicurati!La casa ha un sapore rustico e come tale va considerata,anche se necessita di un po' di manutenzione. Annarita è molto disponibile ed è un'ottima cuoca!Ha preparato per noi(12 persone)una cena tipica veramente gustosa (ad un prezzo ottimo) e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra! All'arrivo ci aspettava una torta molto buona per la colazione e un vasetto di marmellata fatta in casa!Con qualche piccolo accorgimento nella manutenzione la casa può diventare un luogo di grande relax e mi auguro che Annarita corregga quelle piccole imperfezioni che sminuiscono il valore della sua casa. Concludendo, la nostra vacanza è stata splendida !!

Summary: We have enjoyed our stay in Annarite very much. We've named her the best landlord/hostess ever. She knew very quickly who her guests were, when we past her house. It's a comfortable house with a bathroom for each family. Totally perfect. It's a pity that for some many people there is no dishwasher and just one fridge. There is enough of glasses and cutlery. * *It might be useful to add the hight of the location, as it was pretty chilly in the evening, which wasn't expected by everybody.
