Negative: Loud all night as it was next to the highway or a super busy street. It was next to ZTL mailing parking difficult . Getting access to get inside apartment took awhile - this was frustrating after a long trip in a car.

Positive: The apartment we rented met our expectations. We were looking for accommodation in this area and specifically needed three separate bedrooms. The apartment is centrally located and on the ground floor, but it wasn’t noisy outside the windows. The owner was responsive and addressed our questions and requests.

Negative: Unfortunately, when we arrived, the apartment wasn’t fully cleaned and had a few issues, but I must admit that the owners responded immediately to our request and brought the apartment to a satisfactory condition within a few hours. Unfortunately, there was construction work going on outside the courtyard window, which meant noise, dust, and the presence of workers on scaffolding. Inside the building entrance, in the stairwell, there are garbage bins, so each time we entered or left the apartment, we were met with a strong odor from the waste.

Positive: It was a good apartment for the price I paid. Clear instructions and it was mostly as expected. As other reviews said, the rooms are big but the living room and kitchen are small for 5 people. The couch in the living room could only fit 2 people. Overall it was great, and I would consider this place again if I go to Nice again.

Negative: The shower was not too great. Not much pressure or options to change it. Also the temperature control of the shower was bad. There were almost no convenient power outlets. I had to charge my phone in the kitchen.

Positive: A very central location. A very comfortable apartment with good facilities and only a few minutes from the supermarket. It is only a 15 minute walk to the main shopping street and a further 5 - 10 minutes to the nearest beach. The apartment is only a 10- 15 minute walk to the Musée Chagall. The majority of the museums are easily accessible using the Tram.

Negative: Nothing that we didn't like. The photo shows the Rue de Cimiez opposite the property.
