Positive: The family who run the farm where the property is located were really friendly and welcoming, without being too much. The property had lots of thoughtful little touches and was comfortable and cosy. The adjoining heated utility room was so useful for drying our wet walking gear and the shower was great. Located brilliantly for walking in the Long Mynd, visiting Acton Scott, Stokesay Castle and others. We would definitely stay again.

Positive: The location was amazing so ideal to explore from. The cottage was equipped with everything we needed the best comfortable bed I have slept in. It was designed so well. Kirsty and husband were so welcoming and accommodating.

Positive: EVERYTHING was perfect from the minute we arrived to when we left . Can't recommend this place enough. Hosts Chris and Kirsty were welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough to make the stay relaxing and pleasant. Will 100% be returning 😃 x

Positive: Out of the way and quiet location with excellent hosts. The room is warm and cosy. They have done a great job in converting this old barn. The outside seating area was perfect for the late afternoon sun. Plenty of towels provided. The bed was extremely comfortable. Milk, drinks and snacks greeted us on arrival. The kitchen is well appointed.

Negative: There is no storage for your bags/clothes. It felt like the furniture and interior features could be better thought out to provide space for guests to put their things. A few more hooks, especially in the bathroom, would be helpful.

Summary: Perfectly placed to get away from it all and enjoy the countryside
