Positive: I loved the location and the flat was a decent size. It was easy to get in and out. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was a good size.

Negative: I had not noted the deposit/£40 waiver and would not have booked it if I had. The cost was not the price stated but an extra £40 unless you gave a £500 deposit (up to two weeks to return!) and £10 cost (which is not made completely clear on the flat details before you book) and not much of a choice frankly. You are encouraged to take the £40 waiver. I would have preferred if this had been made clearer in the details. I have never been asked for a deposit before, so even though I liked the flat-I will not be staying there again. Also TV is on apps only-no terrestrial TV, most of the apps are inaccessible unless you have an account so in reality very few channels available.

Summary: Comfortable nice flat but extra costs not clearly highlighted.

Positive: The location was great with plenty of options for walking the dog. And not mentioned in the ad is that there is plenty of parking in the dead end road the flat overlooks and it has no time limits so the perfect place to put your car. The bed was really comfortable

Negative: I really didn't like have to repeat a booking.com type registration with a further platform in order to complete my registration for the booking. This platform is AI based so no human interaction and feedback on the cleanliness of the flat couldn't be processed. And booking.com messages are not monitored so flagging that the boiler pressure was at minimum went unanswered. I will be checking that my personal data is removed going forward. Various anomalies in relation to the details in the Ad - mentioned via booking.com that I would have my dog with me to be told that pets weren't allowed but when I challenged it against the ad over 24hrs the response was corrected and it was confirmed that pets were allowed - luckily where I had been staying were on standby to extended our booking if the response was negative. There is no microwave in the kitchen. The TV is satellite streamed content that requires registration, no live TV is available. I could find no tablets for the dish washers, there were 2 tablets for the washing machine. And for a 2 week stay only 1.5 toilet rolls were provided. Personally I would remove or replace the shower curtain provided in addition to the fixed scree as it shows signs of long term black mould which is off putting. The flat is on the second floor and accessed via a door shared with the flat directly below. When you enter the building the light is on a timed pushed control and without any windows you are in the dark when the door is closed. For those with allergies it should be noted that the yellow cushions on the settee are filled with feathers.

Summary: Has potential to be a really great cost flat to stay in but more attention to the details needed
