Summary: This property is simple, fresh & clean and has a great floorplan. The sliding doors onto the deck are very convenient, and lead to a fenced-in back yard which provided privacy and was perfect for our visiting grandchildren, as well as the dog. We sat outside often, and the area was quiet and peaceful. The VRBO photos depict the property well. The property host (Irma) was so very easy to work with. Any inquiries that we made prior to our visit were quickly addressed. The only issue that we had once on the premises, was that my husband couldn't find the remote control for the TV! Irma was quick to respond and all was well. Front loader washer and dryer was convenient. Coffee pot was at the ready. Large refrigerator/freezer was helpful. We didn't travel to the beach, nor do any sightseeing, as we were there to visit family. However, there is easy access to a number of stores for groceries, forgotten vacation needs etc., as well as any number of routes to take you to all that the Leland/Wilmington area has to offer. All-in-all, we really enjoyed the property, and we'd definitely like to use it again on our next trip to visit the kids.
