Summary: The room was great, the view is magnificent, the swimming pool perfect, breakfast was good. However there is room to improve, Spa not working, luinch takes too long to be ready, some members of the reception were not kind but rude instead.

Summary: Was welcomed into my room with roaches crawling on the floor. Also the location is where events are held outside. The event that was taking place while I was there lasted until 3 in the morning and was very loud. Breakfast was delicious, except for the horrible cappuccino we had.

Summary: The coordinator Alejandra a very disrespectful, rude and dismissive person with the customer, she does not have adequate information to give to customers. With respect to taxes for Colombian residents abroad has no idea, made us wait 1 hour 30 minutes to make us check in. Check in, the bathroom shower could be cleaned better, as could the bedding. The staff should be more cordial to guests.
