Positive: The bed was comfy, the shower good and very central location.

Negative: It wasn’t the cleanest and it was very “no frills” - the room was extremely basic and the duvet in the cupboard didn’t even have sheets.

Positive: Extremely enjoyed with great assistance of whole staffs especially Roberto and Nicholetta were superbe and the person I couldn't catch the name who worked in 5 AM of Nov.12th. were superbe kind and helpful. Breakfast was relatively good compare its affordable price. Definitely will comback if I have any plan for Bologna. Highly recommand who are sensitive for the choice of hotel.

Negative: Only location but I spend great journey of bus to go to the center.

Positive: The location is great, everything is close by. The room looked like on the picture, and the bed is comfortable. The communication with the staff was smooth and their direction to find the accommodation was clear. There was a heater in the room which was really effective, and you can also use the AC on the heat mode.

Negative: Unfortunately you can hear everything what happens in the room next to you, even when people are just talking. I used earplugs but i could still hear it. The “quiet rule” from 10pm is a good idea, though. Would be nice to have another mirror in the room not only in the bathroom. Plus it would also be nice to have a water heater with some teabags.
