Summary: Place looked quite rundown, old lobby carpet, flooring etc, broken automatic front entrance door. Not sure if they plan to fix the whole place up? The lobby barhroom I used had no toilet paper and toilets dirty appearing, rust stains and rhat faucet water sputtered initially. Front desk person, only saw one, was nice, cordial, informative and efficient. We knew the place did not come with amenities, so didn't expect much. We had brought our own bottles of water. Our room was good for just cheap 1-2 night stay as our only needs were to sleep, shower, personal care there. Air conditioner/heat worked well. Beds good condition and clean. Bathroom was stocked well. Sink and shower both worked very well, toilet old rust stains, but did serve our needs. The rooms did not appear clean, kinda sticky and dusty. Parking lot very empty, and had security concerns. My impression was it seemed as though the place is being primarily used to house the poor, homeless - maybe as this is just my observation/opinion. Do not recommend.

Summary: The reason I gave it all 5 stars is because there upfront and honest they are remodeling so everything is down but Atleast ice machine was working. Room was clean and comfortable and beds were great. Great working tv with good channels. I was doing an event in the Rutland area and I’m up from Tampa Bay Florida so I got to watch my Orlando Magic and Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay rays all on the TV here so stay was perfect. Hotel very quiet bc they are remodeling and only have few rooms open

Summary: Staff was accommodating, facilities lacking. Renovation underway and not really ready. Breakfast advertised, but not provided. Coffee only available in the lobby. Not much to recommend other than that the skimpy staff was nice.

Summary: Felt very run down and not clean. Front desk agent was very nice. Bed was actually comfortable but basic stuff, like put a mattress pad or something between sheet and mattress. Towels were small and overused.

Summary: Room was clean, staff was super friendly and kind, heat in the room was excellent, parking was ample. For the price all is as expected. Hotel is as run down as you can expect and leaves a feeling that it’s an empty shell of maybe what it once was. There is one housekeeper and so service is only by request. There was a steak house on site once upon a time, has been closed for years. Indoor pool is closed and probably has been for many years. It’s very clear that there is a need for some love and updates throughout I.e carpeting, wallpaper, paint, etc etc etc. The room has the bare essentials, furniture was run down but simple. That being said, for the price can’t complain, can’t find anything cheaper in the area. It’s all in a convenient location depending what you are in town for.
