Positive: The property was a beautifully/faithfully restored farmhouse….I would call it more a boutique hotel tbh. The location was perfect also, beautiful views, very rustic in its location and restoration, with the added bonus of a very large swimming pool and additional courtyard. Close enough to local amenities in the local town and the wonderful Priego is a short drive away. That brings me on to our hosts, Craig and Beata…to say they were welcoming would be an understatement, we were really wonderfully looked after honestly, from the delicious breakfast (all local produce) to the cold beer of evening. It was really like staying with friends/family, they are the most wonderful hosts and more importantly people!
Negative: Nothing, it was exactly what we wanted and as described
Summary: A wonderful experience, in a beautiful and tranquil location with the most wonderful hosts. Thank you Craig and Beata, w

Positive: We spent four wonderful days at Cortijo Cenascuras near Priego, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. From the moment we arrived, Bea and Craig made us feel right at home. They are truly exceptional hosts—attentive, warm, and always ready to go above and beyond to ensure their guests have everything they need. It really felt like being welcomed into a family. The breakfast was nothing short of spectacular: freshly prepared every morning with homemade jams made from their own garden fruit, an abundance of fresh fruit, delicious local cheeses, cured meats, and juices—all served in their charming courtyard. Our room was perfect—spacious, spotless, and featuring a huge bathroom with a fantastic walk-in shower. To top it all off, the swimming pool overlooking the surrounding olive groves completes the idyllic setting of this place. Thank you so much, Bea and Craig, for your wonderful hospitality—we will definitely be back! A truly fantastic stay that we wholeheartedly recommend to everyone.
