Positive: It was pretty difficult to find something reasonably priced for the weekend when Valencia Marathon was organized. For that, it was a great find. Bus and tram station a few steps away. Also grocery store, bakery in the area.

Negative: Double bed was broken. Dishwasher door was broken. There was bad odor in the flat all the time from the sewer system. Apartment is on the ground floor right on the sidewalk and you hear every bypasser.

Summary: Nice flat with some setbacks

Positive: The place is close to public transport, the room has all the necessary amenities, and there’s a park and restaurants nearby. The atmosphere is very cozy.

Negative: The check-in process was a bit unclear. The water taps were a bit worrying, as they didn't seem very securely fixed. Also, the electronic door lock sometimes didn’t work properly when entering.
